12 fashion tech startups have been selected by the e‑P Summit Scientific Committee through the third edition of the Innovation Call – an initiative promoted by Pitti Immagine in collaboration with UniCredit, aimed at spotlighting the most promising companies in the field of innovation applied to fashion and luxury.
At the upcoming e‑P Summit, scheduled for May 21–22 in Florence, these startups will present their solutions to an audience of industry professionals, brand leaders, and decision-makers. It’s a concrete opportunity for networking, visibility, and open discussion on key themes of digital transformation: from content creation to smart waste management, from resale, rental, and repair models to sustainability tracking and impact measurement, all the way to cutting-edge applications of AI, 3D, and phygital technologies that are reshaping the customer experience.

All selected startups will also compete for the e‑P Summit Innovation Award, which will grant a €5,000 prize to the most innovative project. Additionally, UniCredit will select one of the participating startups to join the acceleration and support program offered by the UniCredit Start Lab platform.

Here are the profiles of the 12 selected startups:
BANTOA
Tech solutions that streamline content creation and direct user engagement at every stage of the user journey. Stylemix is an AI-powered tool for automatic outfit generation, Visual Search allows users to search by image, and Feed Optimizer enhances product feeds and performance marketing efforts.

Innovation hub tackling the challenge of textile and leather waste disposal. Thanks to its MIKTÒS patented technology, the startup transforms leftover materials and production scraps – including mixed-fiber textiles – into a reusable granular plastic compound that can be applied across multiple industries.

The AI Size Advisor offers consumers who don’t want to take their measurements an accurate recommendation. The Smart Size Chart displays the correct, updated measurements for those who prefer to use their own measurements.

A web app optimizing showroom management and appointments between brands and retailers, both physically and virtually. It automates scheduling and provides real-time management tools for better visibility and efficiency, ensuring a stress-free experience for both the team and clients.

METAZOOM
The first Italian platform for live streaming in virtual reality. It enables real-time broadcasting of fashion shows and events of all kinds in VR, offering anyone with a headset – especially those who, due to geographical distance, financial constraints, or health reasons, are unable to attend in person – a fully immersive experience.

MOVOPACK
Customizable and reusable packaging up to 20 times. Compared to single-use cardboard, it reduces waste by 99%, CO₂ emissions by 84%, energy consumption by 80%, and water usage by 76%. The QR code guides users through the return process, with a map and prepaid label. Once returned, the packaging is sanitized and put back into circulation.

PEFTRUST
A SaaS platform to measure and reduce the environmental footprint of their products at scale.
