The new edition of Pitti Immagine summit on fashion and the digital world
The 2023 edition of e-P Summit, Pitti Immagine's event dedicated to the relationship between fashion and the digital world, will be held at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence on April 18 and 19.

Shaping the digital future of Fashion is the subtitle and the promise of the event. Having launched its new course in Florence in May this year with a new format and a new scientific direction, it is now a reference forum for dialogue between fashion and tech companies.

The scientific director is still Rinaldo Rinaldi, a professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Florence, who has been working for many years on the relationship between big fashion and luxury brands and ICTs for the digital transformation of the entire supply chain.

"The upcoming e-P Summit will delve into a broader range of topics," says Raffaello Napoleone, CEO of Pitti Immagine, "both in the keynote speeches and in the scheduled round tables. Revisiting the topic of the metaverse, we will also consider the critical issues related to the protection of the intellectual property of brands. In addition, as part of the debate on sustainability, we will discuss the adoption of the Digital Product Passport by manufacturing companies and all players in the supply chain, as well as the new challenges involved in extending a product's life cycle. And we will look at the customer experience and the digitization of retail models to meet new consumer needs."

A preview of some of the topics on the agenda at e-P Summit 2023:

_ Strategies for personalizing and measuring marketing campaigns in light of new cookie policies;
