On April 9, 2026, e-P Summit returns to Florence’s Stazione Leopolda with a completely renewed format, concentrated into a single day.
The leading event for dialogue between fashion, luxury and digital innovation evolves to offer an even more effective and engaging experience: short, high-impact talks to share practical insights, demos near exhibitor booths to see technologies in action and curated opportunities to build meaningful professional relationships. A new layout and a continuous flow of activities will encourage interaction between brands and tech companies, accompanying participants through to the traditional evening networking session.

At the same time, the event firmly maintains its role as the key platform where fashion & luxury meet the tech world – where digital strategy and innovation become concrete, scalable and sustainable business models.
The macro-themes of the 2026 agenda
The 2026 edition will spotlight the main drivers of digital innovation for the fashion & luxury industry, articulated into four key themes:

  • AI & End-to-End Decisioning
Artificial intelligence is becoming the engine of the entire value chain: from demand planning to assortment, from pricing to content-creation operations and clienteling, while also extending into product ideation and development. From assisted generation of concepts and style variations to material simulation, from 3D pattern-making to virtual prototyping and predictive testing, AI enables significant reductions in development time and cost, improves decision quality, and accelerates the transition from initial idea to final sample collection.

  • Unified Commerce & Store Operations
The store evolves into both a media and fulfilment hub: unified inventory, BOPIS/SFS models, smart payments, and advanced clienteling come together in a seamless experience. The focus is on improving in-store conversion, reducing out-of-stocks, increasing the attach rate, and enhancing NPS.

  • Immersive Commerce & Product Experience
From social and creator commerce to immersive formats: live shopping, shoppable videos, creator storefronts, and 3D technologies such as digital twins and try-on/size-recommendation tools. These strategies help reduce time-to-content, increase conversion, and limit fit-related returns.

  • Digital Product Identity & Circular Services
The Digital Product Passport and product traceability serve as the backbone for EU compliance and new value-added services: authenticity, repairs, resell/rental, and data-driven after-sales support. KPIs include DPP adoption per SKU, data completeness, recovery value, and reduction of emissions per item.
