the next edition of e-P Summit, the Pitti Immagine rendezvous dedicated to relations between the luxury and fashion sectors and the digital world, will present some interesting new features with respect to past seasons..

This is how we have organized the presence of the exhibitors at the e-P Summit.

Exhibiting companies can participate according to two different modalities which we have called Gold and Silver.

The Gold formula envisages a pre-furnished stand of around 15 sq. meters with paneling, 42” monitor and PC support, lighting system, chairs and a work top, customizable wall.  It also includes a slot at the conference for a 25-minute speech (with an additional 5 minutes for questions from the audience) dedicated to a successful case history: the exhibitor should make the speech using testimony from one of its clients or partners (as long as they are a producer or economic operator in the luxury and fashion industry). Finally, the exhibitor gets 4 passes for the conference for proprietors and employees, and 4 invitations to the gala supper which will be held on the evening of 4 May, an essential opportunity for networking among the attendees and the institutions invited.

The Silver formula envisages the same stand with the same features (paneling, 42” monitor and PC support, lighting system, chairs and work top, customizable wall) , but with no right to make a conference speech.  It includes 2 passes for the conference and 2 invitations to the gala supper.

Please note: all the participation requests will be examined by the Scientific Committee, as will the content and the speakers proposed to present the case studies to the conference. 
In terms of the exhibition component, the pre-furnished solution will allow you to make a quality presentation, in line with the standards of the Pitti fairs, reducing the assembly and disassembly times and simplifying the logistics, including the verification of compliance with all the social distancing and/or hygiene-sanitary criteria.  The aim of this is to combine quality and efficiency, cost cutting requirements and layout effectiveness.
